This is a form of psychotherapy that requires psychological and clinical training. It is helpful to individuals of all ages. It can be helpful particularly for those who may not fully understand or articulate what they are going through. As an approach it brings to light our multi-sensory experience as an avenue towards self-agency, particularly in times of adversity.

DANCE/MOVEMENT is a holistic approach that uses the body as a medium of communication to express a person's mental, emotional, and physical states.

MUSIC encourages well-being and healing through the international use of musical instruments, movement, and rhytmn.

DRAMA uses processes in theater and drama such as storytelling and expressive movement to explore emotions and issues, or arrive at a state of catharsis.
