COUNSELING
Commonly known as “talk therapy”, counseling is a service that utilizes psychological principles to help people deal more intentionally with a variety of concerns and goals in life such as wellness goals, relational concerns, mental and emotional challenges, stress coping, life transitions, trauma, and personality problems affecting work and relationships.

​Counseling typically focuses on wellness, growth, and ordinary problems of living. At M2, we serve individuals of all ages, couples, families and groups.
